Treehouses - exploring vertical living built with rapid growth oaks and similar AI-infused constructions. Can we build with trees? Not lumber, timber, and other cut-down, shredded, glued building blocks but living trees on site? How realistic is it to build a building with living trees? With the new pace of AI innovation that we experience in more and more fields, can we still rely during the design phase on existing construction methods? Rem Koolhaas once famously argued for OMA's collagy hybrids as an architect can't rely anymore on a building's role as programs change too quickly. Do we reach an even faster pace, where an architect can't rely even anymore on the materials an AI driven building will choose to use?
